The biggest solar flare from the last 6 years shakesthe Earth and It causes the best "Auroras"

Yesterday, at 04.00 GMT the sun began bombarding the Earth with radiation from the largest solar eruption that occurred from more than six years. NASA researchers anticipate that the process will continue until mid-week.


Radiation from Sunday´s storm arrived at the Earth an hour later, the radiation particularly affect space satellites and communication problems with aircraft could occurred. The levels are considered severe, but there have been stronger storms.

Surgeon solar space and NASA´s experts studied the possible effects of the solar radiation but had determined that the six astronauts in orbit in the ISS need not to do anything to protect themselves from solar radiation, said NASA´s spokesman Rob Navis.

Nevertheless, the plasma detachment is being modest, but with the possibility of intensifies. Is the plasma o these eruption which causes many of the problems on Earth, such as power outages.
